At the Seventh Edition of the Anesvad Awards, we open our cause to all persons, institutions, organizations, businesses, foundations, or dreamers who make forgotten diseases and forgotten people part of the present.
In 2022, we are continuing to reinforce the efforts of organizations that strive to bring healthcare to Sub-Saharan Africa against a backdrop as difficult as the current one. We have not wanted to wait any longer and so, as we do every year, we are launching the Seventh Edition of the Anesvad Awards. This edition will culminate with an awards ceremony on June 1st.
Anesvad Awards: an international edition and with new categories
This year we have two innovations. The first is that it will be an international edition, allowing us to reach out further. The second is that we are introducing new categories, rewarding persons and entities for:
- Professional lifetime achievement.
- Best track record in co-operation development.
- Educational project or initiative for social transformation.
In total, we are investing €90,000, with each category being awarded €30,000. In this way we will promote and recognize high-impact health projects that generate positive change for the health of the most forgotten people.
